Stasher, silicone lid, etc. Essentials for unwrapping and freezer bags. [VOGUE editor's #ChangeChallenge]

When you have leftover soup, rice, stew, etc., this silicone lid is convenient for storing it in the dish and lentining it later. Nothing more, nothing less, but what I noticed when I started using this is that in my home, I use it most often to seal the leftover food and store it as it is, and then to lentin at the timing of the next meal. I was doing it. This lid replaces all of that, so there is a huge difference in the quality of de-wrapped life with and without it. I also have a beeswax wrap, but I can't wrench it, so I'm overwhelmingly rotating the silicone lid.

Frozen, wrench, oven OK! A perfect glass case.

When I was looking for an alternative to plastic containers for freezing pre-made curry, meat sauce, etc., I found this on Amazon. There are many other glass containers that can be frozen and lentin OK, but surprisingly, the lids are limited. Meanwhile, this is very excellent because it can be frozen and wrenched with the lid. What's more, even if the food is sticky or pigmented easily, if you let it soak for a while, the dirt will come off easily (this is important). What's more, for lunch boxes such as kinpira, you can cut ingredients such as lotus root, radish, burdock root, green pepper, etc., put them in this container, lightly cover them with lentils, season them as they are, and store them. The glass container is also oven-friendly (the lid is not oven-friendly), so it can be used as a baking mold for gateau chocolate and carrot cake. For some reason, the dough does not stick, so you can save the trouble of buttering the container and dusting it with flour.
